What's it like as a place to live? Middlesbrough is a good place to live - close to town from campus and close to the nightlife.
How's the student accommodation? Here the accommodation is reasonably good.
What's the student population like? Friendly and diverse.
How do students and locals get on? It could be much better but each leave the other to their own devices.
What's it like as a place to study? A mix of traditional and non-traditional courses give a good variety of options.
What are the teaching staff like? Interested in student matters.
What are student societies like? A wide range of activities. Clubs and societies give our students every option to become involved.
What's a typical night out? Union, bars, club, house party!
And how much does it cost? £20−£25
How can you get home safely? Easily via taxi or walking home in a group.
Is it an expensive place to live? All students are skint.
Average price of a pint? £2, or £1.80 in the student bars.
And the price of a takeaway? £3.50.
