The US higher education provider, Kaplan, is reported to be offering 600 places for full-time study in London this autumn. Degree course offered include accountancy, business, economics and finance. But at a price - annual fees are about £8500. While students will not be eligible for government subsidised loans Kaplan has made arrangements with a private lender.
